SERVICES: INVESTIGATIONS & MEDIATIONS

INVESTIGATIONS: We provide an initial intake sheet (one page) for you to complete with basic information about the case, potential witnesses, request for basic documents, etc., along with a contract prior to commencing work.  Our hourly rate is $400.00 with payment due bi-weekly or monthly until final investigation report is submitted along with final invoice.  Request initial intake sheet from mpopper@eeogators.com.  We have no hidden fees or required deposits. 

MEDIATIONS: We provide an initial intake sheet (one page) for you to complete with basic information about the case (copy of the complaint or a demand letter and response). Request initial intake sheet from mpopper@eeogators.com.  Our mediations are conducted on a flat-fee basis with no additional charges.   

FEES: 

Investigations & reports:                     $400.00 per hour

Deposition attendance:                       $450.00 per hour

Trial attendance:                                $500.00 per hour

Mediations:                                       $5500 Full Day/$$2750 Half Day (This is a flat fee with no
